Toll Brothers Commercial has broken ground on the first office building in Belmont Executive Center, a 1. 8 million square foot mixed use development in Loudoun County. The five story, 119,600 square foot Class A building is part of a complex that will include up to 942,000 square feet of office uses, 113,000 square feet of retail uses, a 250,000 square foot hotel and a daycare center. Belmont Executive Center is located just outside Toll Brothers’ 2,137 home luxury golf course community, Belmont Country Club in Ashburn, Virginia.
Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers has been selected by Toll Brothers Commercial to be the exclusive office leasing representative for Belmont Executive Center. Dale Powell, Michael McCarthy and Dennis Turner will be leading the leasing and marketing effort.
