Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers has acquired a stake in Hotel Assets Group, LLC (Hotel AG)—a hotel brokerage firm headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. The firm’s expertise is in hotel real estate sales and brokerage and hotel investment banking. This new sophisticated hotel brokerage arm will give us the depth to better serve our clients who own and develop hotels.
H. Keith Thompson is the founding principal of Hotel AG and has been an industry professional for over 18 years. During this time, he has been involved in and/or handled nearly 500 hotel transactions. The firm focuses on select service hotels including such brands as Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton Inn and Sheraton 4 Points. Keith is joined by five other brokers and a staff of three.
