Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers today announced that it arranged the sale of 1501 M Street, NW, a 170,311 square foot trophy office building in Washington, DC. The John Buck Company purchased the property.
The 13th Annual Cassidy Turley Race for Hope 5K Run/Walk will be held on Sunday, May 2, 2010 at Freedom Plaza on Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington, DC. The Race, which benefits National Brain Tumor Society (NBTS) and Accelerate Brain Cancer Cure (ABC2), raised $2 million in 2009. One of the country’s largest fundraisers for the brain tumor community, last year’s event attracted more than 9,000 participants. Founded in 1997 by local volunteers, the Race’s goal is to fund innovative brain tumor research and support for families already affected by this devastating disease.
